Jim did a very good job with the students at my school and I appreciated the message. We do Steps to Respect here and his message was very close to the message we use. Jim had also been to our school a previous year doing his magic show and he wowed the students then, too! I highly recommend either show.

Funny and informative. The kids loved it and the teachers thought that it was helpful in starting conversations with their kids in class. It backed our school initiative perfectly. It was nice to finally find a bullying program that focused on bullying but wasn't dry for the kids!

This assembly was presented in a way that students understood the concepts and will remember the four types of bullying. The examples used were very realistic and dispelled the myths that the a bully is always the big tough guys. The game show format was extremely engaging. It was one of our best assemblies!

Because I work in the office I didn't get to see the whole show, but I did run down every once in a while to catch whatever I could.  What I did see was absolutely fabulous!  Jim had the total attention of every student, there were students on the stage being engaged in the play, students were listening
and responding.  I heard great comments from the teachers, too.   Thank you!

This is for the show we had on October 8th with Jim Mitchell as the performer.  The audience was our older kids 3rd-5th grade.  Jim was absolutely amazing!  He really engaged the kids in the interactive performance with his high energy, comedy, and props.  Many, many staff members approached me after the show commenting how great the assembly was.  The students seemed to enjoy the show while really hearing the message about bullying.  Will highly recommend Jim and this presentation for older students to other schools in our area.

Fantastic feedback from our students and teachers. I have recommended your program to several other counselors in Henrico County Love the game show format. Might want to re think terms in that we use Target Aggressor and bystanders however Mr. Mitchell did a good job of acknowledging terms boys and girls have learned here at Tuckahoe Elementary. Excellent Job even in moments of crisis when transformer blew and we had to evacuate and then regroup for the 2nd performance.

The entire school -- students and teachers and our special guests--LOVED the program!  Our students who participated were thrilled to be part of the show.  One student in particular wowed us all then thanked us for giving him the opportunity to be in it.  Our audience was really into the program.  The "gameshow" concept worked very well.  We were pleased that our students were able to answer Jim's questions about bullying; glad to know they've been listening to what we've been telling them.  Our No Bullies Club, through a grant, helped sponsor the program.  I think our school will definitely call on Academic Entertainment again soon to schedule another program.  Outstanding!!  Thank you.
